Our Dev Team have been looking further into this issue and have been unable to identify the root cause.
As Golf Australia are moving to a new handicapping platform and App later this year, no further App versions are going to be released which further restricts our ability to resolve this problem.
There are two final options we can try, please see the following and we can progress from there.
Can you please ensure you are running Chrome as your default browser on the mobile.
Next, is to uninstall the GA App from your Device, after uninstalling reboot the mobile phone.
Rebooting the phone is an essential part as it will clear any cached records on the App / device.
Once rebooted, install the GA App again and log in, this has resolved the issue for some Users, hopefully it resolves it in this case.
If it does not resolve the problem, the last thing we can do involves registering you again for the GA Website and App, unfortunately this will mean losing any saved Players and when registered again you will need to enter the Players again.
There is no guarantee either of these will be a final solution but if they do not work, then there are no other options currently available to try and you will need to wait on the release on the new GA Website and App later this year to resolve the problem.
