Most Features will only be available when you are logged into the GA website.
If you followed a link from a 3rd Party (Home Club) website or App it may not be a direct login to GA, the link used is usually generic that allows Users to view their Handicap History only.
Should this occur you can try the following to try and overcome the problem but if it fails then you will need to raise the issue with the Third Party Web Developer or App Provider.
On the Device you are wanting to use it is best if possible to set Google Chrome as your default browser.
Go directly to the GA login page using Chrome
Log into your GA Account and ensure the features are now available.
Do not log out of the GA website, you can close the Chrome browser.
Now you can try logging into your 3rd Party website / App and follow the link provided.
This may now open the link provided and as you should still be logged into the GA website these Features should be available.
As advised though if this does not work after logging into GA then you will need to raise it with the Web / App provider.
